A Place To Call Home

Lately, we (the husband and I) are discussing on buying a place of our own.. Currently, we are staying in government quarters..we plan to buy a house before we both reach 30. we decide to settle down somewhere around Kajang, or Bangi or Semenyih..or to be exact..somewhere around Kajang Prison..( Husband is a Prison Officer)..

Surveyed a few houses (online of course).. husband found a 22x80 link-house advertised in www.mudah.com.my, located in Taman Tasik Kesuma, Semenyih for RM200k with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.. a bargain kan? tapi, aku prefer new house...takutla plak..org jual rumah murah2 ni..manalah tahu..haunted ke apa ker...

A friend of mine just bought a place of her own in Puncak Saujana Kajang.. 20x70 for RM180k plus...she is one lucky lady...lepas die sign agreement semua..semua rumah area tuh dah naik harga to RM230k plus..skrg dah makin tinggi.. ( friend itu Gobok (bukan nama sebenar)namanya..)

Sebenarnya kan, bila gi melawat dia kat rumah baru dia lah yg menyebabkan jiwa raga ini meronta-ronta nak rumah sendiri jugak..yer laa dok quarters, sama la cam pinjam rumah orang..bukan boleh buat apa-apapun..kalau buat pun..membazir je..kang kena pindah tak ke rugi..

Our dream house doesn't have to be big or luxurious.. We just want a place to call our own..
